How should I clean my water fountain? And how often should I clean it?

The steps are simple:
Step 1: Turn the power off.
Step 2: Pull off the water pump, and remove the drinking water tray and filter compartment from the bucket.
Step 3: Scrub all except the filter itself with soapy water and then rinse well with clean water. Gently remove any solid debris (hair, dust) from the surface of the filter.
Step 4: Reassemble. We recommend you clean your water fountain once every 4～7 days, perhaps at the same time as you change the water.

How often should I replace the filter? How often should I change the water?

We recommend replacing the filter and filter sponge every 3-4 weeks depending on use. Replacement filters are available on our website in convenient packs of six.
For optimal usage, we recommend replacing the water every 4-7 days, though the fountain is designed to be safely used for up to 10 days at a time.

Is the fountain free of lead/BPA? Is it compliant with FDA and RoHS requirements?

Yes. The fountain is free of lead and BPA and it is compliant with all FDA and RoHS requirements.
The Uahpet water fountain is made of inert, pigment-free, baby-grade food materials that will not stain or discolor. It is built to be wear-resistant, easy to clean, and to withstand reasonable drops. Its antibacterial properties make it non-toxic, odor-free and can help prevent black chin and other infections, contributing to your cat's overall health.

Is there any risk of water leakage? Is the fountain waterproof? Can I put it in the bathroom or outdoors?

Because the water pump is located external to the water bucket, the risk of leakage is greatly reduced.
Yes, the fountain is certified to be IP6X waterproof, which means it can easily withstand heavy rain or other heavy blasts of water. You can safely put it anywhere.

Is the fountain quiet? Does it make a trickling noise? Does the pump motor make a noise?

If the water level in the bucket runs low, the sound of water trickling may become louder, but in normal circumstances, the water fountain operates in near silence, and is almost undetectable, even in the middle of the night, so it is perfect for light-sleeping owners (and pets!)

Negative Ion Pet Grooming Brush

My brush just lights up in green. How do I know that my product is releasing negative ions normally?

As far as I know, as long as the product is turned on and the green light is on, it means that the product is releasing negative ions, which can be tested with an instrument. After using it, my cat’s hair is indeed much smoother than before. Cats and dogs love it!

I have never bought a pet brush with negative ion function before. Is it really useful?

Yes, my cat likes to be groomed now, it really does appear to be much kinder to my cat’s coat and skin and the hair is much smoother.

Is the brush with battery only used to release negative ions, or are there other uses?

The battery and indicator will turn green just to represent the product in the release of negative ions, not for other purposes.
Smart Cat Litter Deodorizer

How does this deodorize?

The uahpet pet odor deodorizer eliminates the smell by generating a small amount of ozone and dispersing negatively charged ions into the air. These ozone and ions attach to some odor-causing chemicals and particles in the air giving them a negative charge so that the chemicals and particles may attach to nearby surfaces such as walls, or attach to one another and settle out of the air.

Can you leave it plugged in?

No, it needs to be charged with a USB data cable, which will be given away in the product package

I have an enclosed cat litter box, should I be putting this in the box or just on the side of it?

In order to provide better results, it is recommended that you put it in the litter box.

How long is the cable?

1ft, Micro USB, not type C.

What's the size, can I put it in the shoe cabinet?

Box eliminator is small with a size of 3.15 x 3.15x1.18 inches. Of course, it can be placed in a shoe cabinet, or a small space such as a bathroom or kitchen.

How do I know it is working?

The blue light is generally how I know, I watched when I first installed it. When the cat gets in the litter box the blue light turns off, then when the cat leaves...the blue light comes on and starts blinking then after a minute or two the blue light will go back to solid.

How can I be sure the negative anion mode is active?

As long as the dryer is in good working order, the negative ion effect is always on and does not need to be manually activated.

Is the hair dryer skin friendly？

Yes, there have been no reports of the Uah Pet Hair Dryer causing damage or irritation to the pet's skin.

Are the three different nozzles to be used for dogs with different hair lengths?
Should I use all three in the course of drying my dog's hair?
Is there a recommended order of use?
Can I use the dryer without a nozzle?

There is no recommended order, and you can use all three nozzles with all types of hair, but here are some tips for when to use each nozzle type:

Concentration Nozzle: The concentration nozzle focuses air into a small stream to target a particular area; adds fullness/fluffiness. Use from 1-5cm away from skin.

Wide Tooth Comb Nozzle: The wide tooth comb is able to reach deeper hair closer to the skin, so may be more useful with long haired dogs. Use from 1-2cm away from the skin.

Styling Nozzle: The styling nozzle shapes air into a wider, flatter stream, so it can be used from a height of 10cm to provide an initial clearance of larger water drops, or later in the drying process from a height of 2-5cm to blow hair flat.

If you do not attach a nozzle, the dryer can still be used, but the air velocity will not be as high, so it may take longer to dry, and be more difficult to effectively dry hair closer to the skin.

What can I do if my dog is afraid of the hair dryer?

Most dogs that are afraid of hair dryers are afraid of the noise, not the wind. If you think your dog might be afraid of your dryer, it's important to gradually introduce it, so you and your dog won't have a bad experience, which could lead to your dog creating negative associations with the dryer or bath time.

We recommend using food to help desensitize your dog to the sound of your dryer. For the first few days, turn on the dryer and place it nearby when feeding your dog, but pointing in a different direction, so your dog becomes accustomed to the sound.

After a couple of days of this, you can move the dryer closer to the food and point it more towards your dog.

If your dog is okay with this, you can probably go ahead and use it to dry your dog's hair, though be sure to begin with its back and sides, before moving onto more sensitive areas. You can reward the dog with treats the first few times if it still seems skittish.

Tip: Use the dryer when your dog is hungry, and provide it with food. Most dogs will prioritize the attraction of food over the objectionable sound of the dryer.

Can the dryer be used on my hair too?

Yes, your Uah Pet Hair Dryer can be safely used to dry your own hair, but please note the dryer is ergonomically designed to be used with your pets, so you might not have as good of an experience as with a conventional hair dryer designed for human use.

Self-Powered Dog Doorbell

Is this battery required?

Our dog doorbell does not require batteries! With patented self-generation technology, the transmitter can communicate through a microgenerator.  When pressing the transmitter, it will generate electricity by itself and send a stable signal to the receiver.

Is it easy to train a dog to use this self-powered doorbell?

How to measure the optimal installation height

The height from your dog's nose to the ground is perfect. Both nose and paws are optional to ring the bell.

How can I change the ringtone?

Press the music key, keep pressing it until you select your desired ringtone.
